How long will my order take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit is normally 3–7 business days, so most orders land in 4–9 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label scans.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $35.00 or more ship free inside the United States. Below that, a flat $4.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the box weighs.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. We ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and territories the carrier serves.
Can I pick my order up at the shop?
Web orders are shipped, not held for collection. If you want to buy in person, come to 35-16 30th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11103, United States during opening hours (Open Wed–Sat: 11:00–18:30 | Closed Sun–Tue.) and buy across the counter instead.
What can I pay with?
Checkout accepts Pay with cards and more, Card, WeChat Pay, Airwallex - Express Checkout, Klarna and Afterpay. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused goods, within 30 days of delivery. If the mistake was ours, we pay the return postage. Full detail is on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
